Trevor Camp

ASSISTANT BREWER, Certified Cicerone Beer Server

Name: Trevor “Mash Monkey” Camp

Official Title at [JStreet BrewCo]: Assistant in charge of brew shenanigans/bartender

Favorite part of your job: Listening to punk rock and cleaning the brewhouse.

Favorite [JStreet] brew: Currently the Wright Brown Nitro but I have a feeling the DDH Beach Shack will replace that soon.

Favorite [JStreet] pie: The Little Slayer. (Off menu but I know a guy)

Favorite thing to do in your spare time: Have a nice Nicaraguan cigar and pontificate on the trials and tribulations man faces during these turbulent times of history. Also wombat wrestling.

Our Brewhouse

Jackson Street BrewCo is located in Downtown Perryville, MO. With a focus on providing well-rounded brews, we offer year-round beers along with a slew of seasonal beers. We’re proud to be brewing on a 3-barrel brew house with plenty of room to grow into bigger shoes.
